Wahz Happ'nin News
BIG NEWS: After 40 years, Lindy Rasmussen has decided to retire from the Doo-Wah Riders. Looking back, it has been an amazing ride and we are both very proud of all we accomplished together. He is leaving on the best of terms and we all wish him much success in the future. As for me, I have more songs to write and a couple of places I haven’t played yet. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our longtime friend and blazing guitarist Al Bonhomme to the band. We are very confident that Al will make a big contribution to both the Doo-Wah Riders and Crawdaddio! The Doo-Wahs have a busy year ahead and we look forward to seeing all of you in 2019! - Kenny Lee Benson

The Legendary Doo-Wah Riders are celebrating their 40th Anniversary!
Since 1978 there has been no one else like the Doo-Wah Riders. For over 40 years they have been riding their own patch of the musical range throughout the west and across the globe. They possess the rare combination of many years of experience and youthful energy, fired up by a love for what they do. The Doo-Wahs are country, with a unique, original sound. Defined by their sound... "high energy country with a cajun twist", The Doo-Wah Riders' ultra-tight musicianship and unique arrangements of classic and original songs have made them favorites everywhere they go.
